I’ve made this one completely added sugar-free and it’s deeeelicious! Super light and refreshing. Jalapeno Margaritas cup good tequila to jalapeo pepper, plus extra slices for garnish cup Grand Marnier cup fresh lime juice, plus lime slices. This almost-good-for you combo will please even the most discerning margarita lover (think: the BEST skinny margarita). Add 3 handfuls of ice and stir until cold (this is important to dilute the drink, much like you would when shaking it into a cocktail shaker ). ![]() Strain the margarita into the prepared glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge and slice of jalapeno. To make a margarita pitcher, in a pitcher stir together: 3 jalapeno peppers, sliced (24 to 32 slices) 1 cups tequila. Seal and shake until thoroughly chilled at least 30 seconds. Obviously, there are so many different ways to make a good margarita, but most have sugar in them, which I’m not always a fan of. This skinny jalapeno margarita is simply made with lime juice, silver tequila, honey, and some jalapeno + cilantro. Add the remaining ingredients: tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, orange juice, and agave. But ever since Bridge and I had this cocktail at our wedding tasting in Cabo earlier in February, I’ve been loving them ever since! Like rarely ever– it’s just a personal preference as I don’t always enjoy the way it makes me feel afterward/the next day, aka I’m way less productive, feel like a slug, crave unhealthy foods, it’s harder to exercise, you get the picture. Squeeze your limes 4 limes equals about 2 oz of lime juice. Use a wooden spoon to muddle the jalapeños. I’m not a big drinker if we’re being honest. First, add 1/2 cup of crushed ice to your shaker along with 4 jalapeno slices. It’s the *perfect* evening cocktail with a hint of sass from the jalapeño and freshness from the grapefruit juice. Pour the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave nectar, and jalapeo into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake, and strain the mixture over salt-rimmed glasses. If you prefer a frozen margarita, toss this skinny spicy margarita recipe into a blender with ice (leave out the jalapeo slices). ![]() This step also ensures the ingredients are properly mixed in each serving of a skinny jalapeno margarita. ![]() If there’s one thing Bridge and I have mastered this quarantine, it’s this spicy skinny margarita (or paloma– whichever you prefer). Shaking the margaritas with jalapeo slices helps release their fiery heat and flavor. ![]()
